Michell Lie Studio shall not be held liable for any interruption of shipping/delivery service due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: incorrect or missing address information, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, customs, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and national disasters, etc.
All products are sent via the Hong Kong Post for orders within Hong Kong, except outlying island and special districts as per defined by the Hong Kong Post or respective local courier service provider. Regular order does not come with a tracking code to trace mailing status, and the delivery time is approximately 5–7 working days. For international orders, please allow more time and the delivery time is approximately 10–14 working days.
Shipping times are approximate and vary due to local customs processes and current mail arrangement.
